Q. May I appeal to RESPECTED secretary of west bengal government to advise officials sound pollution control board to check noise of loud speaker during each puja festivals e.g. durga puja,kalipuja.saraswati puja,&jagadhatri puja etc. as we are afraid to tell anything about loud speaker. -no alternative but to digest the mental torture & hazards. it is specially reruested to apply all the rules about SOUND POLLUTION CONTROL board & should be enforced 100 % in CHANDERNAGORE area .I do not know wheather ihave made criminal offence by bringing to the notice of Secretary ,W.B.GOVT.
