Q. My wife had a hysterectomy two & a half year ago and had her both ovaries removed due to endeometroises (chocolate cysts). Now she has osteopenia and osteoporosis in arms, cervical spondylitis for which she takes Bio D 3 plus tablets which are vitamin D and calcium tablets, Also she takes Menapose tablets(because her body c and Premarin tablets intermittently. Once she stops taking the tablets she feels weak but when she starts with the tablets she starts gaining belly fat . she does exercise regularly but she has lots of pain in her neck and back, massage gives her relief Any other treatment
