Q. I lost my father recently.I couldn't bear his loss & due to this, i get anxiety attacks frequently. My hus is caring, but he do not understand the depth of my bereavement. He's too casual & says that it occurs in everybody's life.. but my neighbour understands my state of affairs, since he lost his mother earlier & his father too recently. We share our mutual feelings on this & we started talking for hours, as now only we discovered that our wave length matches to a large extent. This has created ripples in my family life.. what should i do now? I couldnt stop interacting with him. Pl.advis
