Q. Before leaving from India permanently for further studies to Canada and UK (now being resident) when I was working last for a Corporate Sector as an HR Executive (In charge of my divn) I had imposed a ban of using cell phones in office. A gadget was fixed at the entrance of the complex so that all signals are down and no one uses as this a waste of time when U r paid for it...and also a dress code was implemented... for gals and guys...for staff...
