Q. I keep complete fast on all ekadasis i.e. I keep what people call as nirjal ekadasi. I am used to it and therefore I am able to do all my works. But I do face one problem. When I keep fast, then lots of saliva forms in my mouth because of which every few minutes I have to go to spit it out. How to solve this problem?
