Q. Before formation of an enquiry board, the Railway Board Chairman says that the Rail accident is made due to the ignorance of the Drivers of the up coming Uttar Banga Express in Sainthia !! Don't U think that this man is supposed to be removed from his chair as he is otherwise influencing the up coming report of the Railways' enquiries itself ?
