Q. I was working with Subhiksha trading service during the period Feb\'2008 to Sep\'2008. During the financial year 2007-08 subhiksha deducted a huge amount from my March\'08 salary towards Income Tax. Now, When i am trying to claim the refund, Income tax department says they have no intimation as to Subhiskha has deposited this amount with tax department and refuse to clear my refund. How do I know or from do I get the information as to whether Subhiksha has submitted this amount to the Income Tax department. Can any one help me claim my refund.
