:  A. Because our eye lens got focal length of 25 cms normally.We should keep it allways. more

Q. I dont agree with the 'cold' part of this article nor with the eyes part of it. I am of the opinion that in extreme cold conditions your nose will start watering and if you eat heat generating stuff like garlic, chillies, ginger, fats like ghee and oil, turmeric etc..cold 'vanishes' in a few minutes.. and how's that for what is called as 'immunity'. \secondly a lot of strain is put on our eye lens muscles when we read in bad light and see television etc.. These exposures are bound to have a telling effect on these optical muscles. So dont belive everything thats published. Blah.
