Q. Considering the multiplicity of terrorist outfits and almost identical ethnic group, would it not be worthwhile to make national identity card compulsary for all the citizens?The national register should allot a number to each and everyone of us.The updating and issue of the new cards should be as simple as possible seeing the literacy level of our population.It must be made compulsory for everyone to carry while travelling/staying in a hotel/hostel/religious place etc.Those not having one should be identified by the fellows with him having the card.This should help police in combing?
