Q. my husband and other two brother live in a house having four rooms.So it was decided that each brother will have one room and a room for their father. Rooms were divided peacefully. But the youngest brother says that as the house is in the name of their late mother so father should not get room. He says that after the death of their mother house belong to sons only.Please help me by giving answer to the problem .if any law is there to help our father in law.
