Q. My favorite winter food : garama garam methi pakoda with imli ki chutney, badam n gajar sheera (halwa), onion paratha, Jowar ki roti with baingan ka bharta, mooli paratha with tamater ki mithi chutney, till laddu or gajak, hot food like dal chawal/ roti n chilly pickle. Wow! The traditional Indian whole grain cereals besides wheat n rice include bajra, oats, maize or corn; millets are particularly good n can be used to make hot porridges during winters. Whats your fav. food in winter to keep away that chill ?
