Q. IM man wt 90 kg B/P 140/90. non D/mCRISIS. Methinks my heart-lungs function slows down when I lie down; blood supply diminishes & compelling me to pull air and fill the lungs with. Commencement of the sensation of pain in the spinal cord from bottom to top and strain in the head. Hissing continues even if I get up. Sudden electrical current type shoots to wards the head arising from spine somewhere between the shoulders . This happens mainly at night. Resting during day time, is not so horrible. Its almost death; the head is lifted up due to the sudden frightening gust of noisy flash

Q. i am 61 now.since last two years am suffering from constant chest pains especialy on upper side of abdomen/right side of chest.i had my angioplasty in 2003.recent tests like lipid profile/e c g/2 d echo/reangiography 2007 jan/ all are normal. i am also paitient of hiatus hernia / reflux esophagasric --any solution to my problem----B P 140/85
