Q. It is not necessary to be an Indian citizen to have aadhar card. Anyone who is residing in India with proper identity certificates or cards can have aadhar card. All the information about the holder of the aadhar card is registered before issuing the card. So, it is more safer for the nation than people having other IDs. I assume that people who are against aadhar card are reluctant to provide their personal information to the government for registering for aadhar card fearing of being caught one day for some unwanted matters. Can I doubt their sincerity or not fully informed.
