Q. The sun will never set in the British Empire. This was the old boasting of British rulers probably in the end of 19th and the begining of 20th Centuries. What happened afterwards is a history. American rulers assumed that they are World Police in the Middle of the 20th century to recent time. But not amused common citizens started to question their government's unnecessary involvement and disturbing the other nations.
