Q. I know two boys one of them belongs to schedule caste his father is officer in govt bank his mother is a professor in govt college they are very well off but he avails all sorts of concession given to schedule caste by govt on the other boy is there who is very poor but belongs to general cateogeory his father is retired but he does not get his concession, I think the govt should give concession on financial grounds rather than social grounds because the times are changing I have may schedule caste ppl very well off and working in good position but they still take advantage of reservation
