Mishandling of account by Motilal OswalI had opened an account with Motilal Oswal Securities Chennai & then my account was transferred to Mumbai saying that all key accounts are being handled by the Mumbai branch.As on 16/1/08 my account had a standing of R.s78 laks in F&O.On 20/1/08 there was a margin shortfall of Rs.11.5 laks for which a cheque was issued & it was cleared by my bank.On 21/1/08, at 8 p.m broker said there was a margin shortfall of Rs.36 laks for which also which issued the cheques.Still all my shares were sold without my consent& capital eroded pl help
