Q. Why can't govt reduce its manpower in every department and outsource the work at cheap rate and to honest private persons and thereby curb the corruption or bribe in govt. office. In private companies work is get done if you do not perform, you do not get increments, and job is in danger. In govt. everybody is boss. Nobody to ask, late coming to the office, payment without work. Half year is holiday. Govt. employes get holidys on heavy monsoon, rail derailment, riots, floods, on all small festivals and jayantis. Which is not the case with private. And those who think private employees earn mo

Q. Women employees of Maharashtra Government-run organisations and offices will now be able to leave work as soon as the sun sets. The State Govt has stipulated 6.30pm as the deadline for office working hours. Women employees should not be made to work beyond 6.30pm. Also no woman employee should be asked to report to duty on public holidays and on her weekly off, the latest directive issued by State general administration wing. Isnt it gud for all women.
