Q. Dont we need to be more careful and attentive in controlling the teenagers emotions atleast in such matters as allowing them the keys to drive even if they are below 18 ? Some of them in josh loose hosh speed thrills but kills is the message that doesn't easily get into the minds of teenagers of today. May God help this age group.
