Q. I am seeing a lot of questions on the reported X rated video of ND Tewari.However seeing everyone blaming him,I am forced to put up this question.The video clip has not shown the face of the man involved.Nor there is any other proof till now to nail him.Though I am not pro congress or ND Tewari but just as a neutral person , I would say that it could be very well be a plan of someone to malign ND Tewari.So unless there is concrete proof against him , should we all not stop blaming him?
