Q. Its nothing to surprise Kuldeep Bishnoi over HJCs victory because it was his father Bhajan Lals constituency. The whole India and every state now living under the dynasty rule. It is impossible to pin point this because this rules start from the panchayat Level and end at the Top level Nehru-Indira-Sanjay-Maneka-Varun, Bal-Uddhav (Raj)-Smita-Aditya, many others are following foot mark,viz.Mulayam-Akhilesh, Laloo-Tejaswee, Karunanidhi-Stalin and many others in queue and many more.
