Q. This is a question regarding laws that govern employee employer relationships. I was working for an IT company in Gurgaon for more than a year. I have left that company after giving appropriate notice more than 6 months ago, but i have not yet received my final settlement money (which included 2 months of pay plus incentives, i am not talking about pf or graduity). Does any law exists which dictates the time period in which the employer should settle any outstanding payments for any employee that leaves the company.
