Q. Investors beware. Essar Shipping, Essar Steel, Ispat Industries, SPIC, Mac Charles etc are run by shady/unscrupulous managements out to cheat the shareholders. Our regulatory authorities will never take any action against these companies. In these circumstances what can the poor shareholders do to safeguard their interests? There may be thousands who lost heavily due to the robbing mentality of these managements. Please express your views?
