Q. In state Govt. office I am working as computer operator since 10 yrs in contract basis. The Director will change in every 3 yrs i.e. 2 1 yrs. now a lady selected as Director, but she is very fickle mind and lack of experience in the field. she follow break & rule. I come out from work cos she conduct with everyone including me in a very rude manner. I complained the higher authority and Human rights council also but no use.
