India's judiciary has very little respect for private property, and even will allow the default tenant to enjoy your investment without paying rent The Centre is of the opinion that the current legal system has discouraged landlords from reinvesting in their properties as rentals have been kept artificially low. The ministry has estimated a housing shortage of around 25 million in the country - Is this to save the real estate Industry ?

Q. An innocent land lord rented house to a lawyer in India, the lawyer was allowed only for 6 months to stay by verbal talks only. because the land lord son NRI coming from overseas & want's to stay in home & start a business. but the lawyer didn't vacated & put false complaints against land lord & son. now the 80years land lord going to court & police station. the lawyer knows the rules & regulations.once the NRI son came & requested the lawyer but lawyer put false case against him also the NRI son afraid & left to overseas. what is the solution? do the judges knows the truth?
