Q. This Congress highhandedness is nothing new. Any sort of pressure on the centre seems to be met with dictatorial harshness.But what the Digvijay Singhs, Sonia Gandhis, Manmohan Singhs of the Congress do not realise is the fact that the world is now laughing at them.
