Q. I am employed in an autonomous organization/University. I took Extraordinary leave from 01-09-05 to 13-11-06 and worked in Kuwait under Kuwait Govt from 12-09-05 to 01-11-06. (I regularly remitted money into my NRE account). I received Indian salary from 01-04-05 to 31-08-05 and again from 14-11-06 to 31-03-06. I have to file tax returns for FY 05-06 & 06-07.
