Q. This all written is very good from the view point of the employee, but have you ever studied the attitude of the organisation towards the employee after resignation. In the current scienario, I feel HR departments works only to harrase the employee after resignation either by not giving proper relieving & final Clearances. Still most of the organisations does not take first step to call the employee back (evenif he was a brilliant performer) and if the employee shows interest to join back, he is again harrased by not giving proper perks.
