Q. Every year Mumbai awaits 4 d Cyclothon, which promotes cycling & its positive effects on our health.It was heartening 2see many youngsters prepare 4 dis event recently.Cycling is quite popular in d western world.I think every city & metro in India 2 shld promote dis sport as an eco-friendly & healthy way 2 travel,atleast 4 short distances. However, its often seen dat d lanes dedicated to cycles r tkn over by car drivers who park der vehicles in dat space. Guards shld b employed at dis places 2 deter ppl 4rm doing dis.
