Q. Sir,I had taken a personal loan from ge money, being my defaulter, my name is appearing in CIBIL data base, further I have already been paid full and final payment of balance of my personal loan, at the same time I have written many request to Ge money and CIBIL to remove my name from the defaulter list which is apperring so far.
