Q. I am not quite interested in politics, but the way our elections are held, really baffles me.If India is the biggest democracy, then we as Indians should hang our heads in shame,just recently the Americans elected their President, and if one was watching the pollprocess, one could very well see how smooth it was. It's simply because, only two parties were in the fray, the democrats and republicans. My question is why can't we not have a democracy on a similar pattern? If the constitution has to be changed, let there be a change for the better!
