Q. When dealing with some shops or manufacturers , while ordering something we have to pay an advance, with the unwritten condition that if we do not accept the material ordered we forego our advance.However if the ordered material is not supplied within the specific time or not as per the specific quality, sadly we do not have any remedy but to accept it and pay the balance or reject it and forego our advance .The same is true in case of electrician/plumbers etc. whom we call for our requirements.What can be the remedy for this?
