Q. The congress party is not serious about the LOKPAL ,as of now . Lokpal without constitutional authenticity is a misnomer and unenforceable , this is well known to legal pandits and the congress high command . I think making LOKPAL with constitutional requires major amendment to the present constitution . I think it would take a couple of years to do so . The congress want to buy more time and blunt the civil activists efforts .-What do you say ?
