Q. many IAS officers and army officers, politicians are involved in Adarsh building scam in mumbai. why cant people question the responsibility of these people. is this the intelligence, they require to pass IAS, IPS or any other exam and get such higher posting and sever the civil in thsi manner. whole administration is a big scam.
