Q. River Kosi, once called the "Whangho" (the deadly river of China) of India, inundates a large area of Bihar every year. This year, it has once again changed its course (after 1952) and after damaging Bhimnager Barrage in Nepal its water has inundated large areas of North Bihar and devastated almost all infrastructure in 7 districts, rendering about 20 lac people homeless and foodless. This international problem needs to be tackled by the Union Govt in collaboration with Nepal. But instead, the Central Govt is blaming the Bihar Govt. What should the 20 lac suffering people do?
