Q. The Cinema Halls and Multiplexes wont be allowed to screen movies from two to eight days becoz they didnt follow the mandatory rule to show Marathi films in the past 3 years. The police action is based on the provisions under the Bombay Cinematographic Act 1953, which says cinema halls in the state have to screen Marathi movies four weeks in a year. Now is this fair?? Do you'll have same rule in other states running your state language movies in theatres??? Frankly how many people see movies of their language in theatres???
