Q. The Andhra Pradesh High Court (in Manohar V/s State of Andhra Pradesh case) when the Bezawada Bar Association rejected to accept the case on behalf of Mr.Monohar ( he killed Sri Laxmi in collecge campous) the h.c court commented that the Bezawada Bar Association did a mistake that, they debarred a lawer from bar to accept the Manohar Memo of appearence, the h.c. also stated that, the court has to decide who are culprits after complete proceedings only, the lawers cannot decide whether he committed an offence or not? So, lawers have to accept any case - no moralities - basing on ethics.
