Q. For all those non- Kannadigas living in Bangalore and are planning to settle down in the city heres some news for you. The Kannada Development Authority (KDA) has recommended the State Government to pass legislation and get the non-Kannadigas to learn the language in a year. The outstation population in Bangalore and the rest of the state will have to at least pass Std VII Kannada exam in less than a year and should be able to read and write the languageDo u support this???
