Q. Sir,I had taken a personal loan from ge money, being my defaulter, my name is appearing in CIBIL data base, further I have already been paid full and final payment of balance of my personal loan, at the same time I have written many request to Ge money and CIBIL to remove my name from the defaulter list which is apperring so far. Mat you let me know 1) What I do ? 2) After payment of full amount of personal loan, shall we get full scoring rate in future attempt to availement of home loane or any type of loan. ?
