Q. INDIAN FUTEBOL....lots say we can't make it to the qualifiers as serious contenders 'coz Indian futebol needs more money / foreign coach / facilities.....\How come North Korea using an Army training regimen 4 players, and having ABSOLUTELY ZERO access to foreign coach or even a specialized futebol facility usin 100 percent home brew, r able to make it to FIFA qualifiers.
