Q. CRIME IN Metropolitan cities IS OUT OF CONTROL! Every time we switch on our TV or pick up a newspaper, we hear endless reports about murders, rapes, burglaries, car thefts and muggings. These cities earlier used to be a peaceful cities where crime was rare, where old ladies and children could walk the streets at night without fear of mugging, rape or worse. People could leave their doors unlocked without fear of burglary. WHATEVER HAPPENED?
