Q. CRIME IN Metropolitan cities IS OUT OF CONTROL! Every time we switch on our TV or pick up a newspaper, we hear endless reports about murders, rapes, burglaries, car thefts and muggings. These cities earlier used to be a peaceful cities where crime was rare, where old ladies and children could walk the streets at night without fear of mugging, rape or worse.
