Q. High Property Transaction Cost: In India, especially Mumbai, the transaction cost is much higher than any other place. We have to pay illegal donation to society to get admitted, even though we are giving stamp duty and registration and comply other formalities. Secure Property transaction is a cumbersome procedure. To own/ buy a property is a much difficult task. Govt. should abolish unwanted procedure and donation completely banned and make them criminal offence. Govt. should abolish and simplify the procedure. Total property transaction cost should bring down for transparent dealings.
