Q. It is unfortunate that a youth was mauled to death by a tiger in a Delhi Zoo. What is more appalling is the fact that the zoo authorities could do nothing to rescue him. Few precious minutes meant a lot, and timely action could have been taken to save his life. It is difficult to say if it was destiny, or the fault of the zoo authorities, but it was definitely shocking...Your comments and views??
