Alex apparently follows a strict low-carb diet and works out with the Liverpool legend, Gerrard, when she can.

The 31-year-old mother-of-three was seen dressed in a black string triangle top and simple black bottoms, parading through the crystal clear waters, the Mirror reported.

She wore a pair of aviator shades and tied her long blonde locks up into a chic ponytail, and accessorised her beach look with some simple gold bangles and a pair of sparkly stud earrings.

Swiss tennis star Roger Federer and his wife are reportedly expecting twins for the second time.

The couple's identical twin daughters Myla and Charlene were born in 2009. Federer had said his life had changed enormously since the birth of his twin daughters.

However, the Daily Express reported that sources close to the family said Federer's pregnant wife Mirka is due in July and is expecting twins.

Although the 17 time Grand Slam champion is yet to confirm the news, he had tweeted last year that Myla and Charlene will be big sisters in 2014.

McIlroy's gal' Wozniacki in no hurry to get new coach

Danish tennis player Caroline Wozniacki has said that she is 'no hurry' to get a new head coach after her father again joined in a key role in her coaching team.

The former World No 1 and the fiancee of golf ace Rory McIlroy has been without a coach since sacking Swede Thomas Hogstedt in January although she has appointed former player Michael Mortensen to help out in the immediate future.

According to Sport24, Wozniacki asked her father Piotr, who had coached her for much of her career, to stand aside in 2011 although she has now admitted that it is 'safe and fun' for her when her father is coaching her.

Wozniacki also said that after trying various coaches, she has now found what works best for her, adding that she believes a coach should click both personally and professionally with a player.

Mortensen will work alongside Wozniacki and her father to prepare the 2009 US Open finalist for future tournaments including the event in Miami, which starts next week, the report added.

Chinese tennis ace Li Na has said that she loves her tennis despite elevated expectations and criticisms that her two Grand Slam titles are a fluke.

Li said people used to say that she was lucky to win the French Open and the Australian Open and that she cannot win anymore now, adding that she does not mind all those criticisms as she still loves tennis life.

Li admitted that she is having to learn how to handle herself now that she is coming into big tournaments as a favorite, adding that it is a different feeling from what she used to expect when she was sixth or seventh-ranked in the world.
