Indian tennis stars Somdev Devvarman [ Images ] and Sania Mirza [ Images ] were handed easy draws in the singles at the Wimbledon [ Images ], starting on Monday.
Somdev, ranked 68th in the world, will take on Germany's [ Images ] Denis Gremelmayr (ranked 110), while world No 60 Sania is drawn against France's [ Images ] Virginie Razzano, 38 places below her in WTA chart.
In the men's doubles, the third seeded Indian duo of Leander Paes [ Images ] and Mahesh Bhupathi [ Images ] will take on the unseeded Croatian pair of Ivan Dodig and Lovro Zovko in the opening round, while the fourth seeded Indo-Pak pair of Rohan Bopanna [ Images ] and Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi [ Images ] face the Colombian duo of Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah.
Somdev and his Japanese partner Kei Nishikori meet the German duo of Rainer Schuettler [ Images ] and Alexander Waske in their men's doubles opening round clash.
In the women's doubles, fourth seeded Sania and her Russian partner Elena Vesnina, who finished runners-up in the French Open [ Images ] early this month, will lock horns with the American-Russian pair of Melanie Oudin [ Images ] and Anna Chakvetadze [ Images ].
The mixed doubles draw will be announced on June 22.
