When the EPL stars wished Indian fans on Diwali...

Keeping pace with the changing times, star players of English Premier League giants Manchester United, Arsenal FC and Manchester City wished their vast Indian fan base on the occasion of Diwali.

Germany's midfield maestro Bastian Schweinsteiger, who plays for the widely-followed Manchester United in the EPL, sported a tee-shirt written 'Happy Diwali' on it.

Arsenal FC, one of the most loved football clubs in India and the world, have also done something special for their Indian fans this Diwali.

A day after Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger spoke on the reasons why he admires Indian culture; Arsenal FC released a video featuring their top players, including Mesut Ozil, Petr Cech and David Ospina, among others, wishing their Indian fans across the world a very 'Happy Diwali'.

The players' tunnel at the Emirates Stadium, home of Arsenal FC, was decorated with rangoli and lit up with the traditional diyas.
