London Olympics silver medalist Vijay Kumar was conferred the Padma Shri by the President in a prestigious ceremony at the Rashtrapati Bhawan, on Saturday.
The shooter awarded for his exceptional achievements in the field of Sports which included the silver medal in the 25m Rapid Fire Pistol event at the 2012 London Olympics.
