Swarn Singh Virk secured his spot in the London Olympics by winning his event at the FISA Olympic Continental Qualification Regatta for Asia in Chung Ju in Korea.

Lightweight double sculls:

Sandeep Kumar

Sandeep Kumar will team up with Manjeet Singh to participate in the lightweight men's double sculls. The duo managed a third-place finish at the FISA Olympic Continental Qualification Regatta for Asia in Chung Ju, Korea to qualify for the London Games.

Manjeet Singh

Manjeet Singh from Chandigarh will represent India in the men's double sculls event of rowing along with Sandeep Kumar.

London will be Manjeet's second appearance in the Olympics, having rowed in the same event at the Beijing Games. This is the fourth time in a row Indian rowers have qualified for Olympics.
