Luis FabianoStriker Luis Fabiano scored just before halftime as Brazil beat Estonia 1-0 in a friendly for their ninth win in a row in Tallinn on Wednesday.

After solid defence by the Estonians for most of the first half, Luis Fabiano picked up a poor clearance to beat Estonia's hard working goalkeeper Sergei Pareiko.

The game developed into more of a training session for Brazil with few flashes of brilliance as they warmed up for next month's World Cup qualifiers against Argentina and Chile.

"The important thing was to give our work continuity, keep winning and give everyone a game," Brazil's coach Dunga told reporters.

He said he was concerned about the lack of match practice of his European-based players at the start of the season.

Dunga also said he had wanted to avoid the risk of injuries. He took Kaka and Robinho off in the second half and gave a debut to striker Diego Tardelli.

However, midfielder Kleberson had to leave the game with a shoulder injury. He was taken to hospital for checks.

Brazil, unbeaten in 17 matches and playing for their time since winning the Confederations Cup in South Africa in June, looked nervous as Estonia fought to equalise with play turning scrappy and the referee making a string of bookings.

Estonian substitute defender Dmitri Kruglov was sent off in the 86th minute for dissent after being booked for a sliding tackle on defender Daniel Alves.

Estonian defender Ragar Klavan told Estonian TV: "We can be satisfied. It was really positive, everybody tried 100 percent.

"It was an unlucky goal. Maybe if the goal had not happened the course of the game would have been absolutely different. The Brazilians became more nervous with every minute."
