When Wayne Rooney played his hundreth match for England on Saturday, he was honoured with a trophy. Djokovic was in sublime form at the recently concluded ATP World Tour Finals, seeing him end the year as World No 1 as well as clinching the year-ending finale following Roger Federer's withdrawal.
There was also the exciting Rugby Union match that added that much more excitement to the past week.
