Indian tennis stars Leander Paes [Images] and Mahesh Bhuapthi have been placed in Gold and Red groups respectively for the prestigious season-ending US $4,450,000 Tennis Masters Cup, in Shanghai.
Paes and his Czech partner Lukas Dlouhy [Images] are seeded sixth in the Gold Group along with three other teams.
Bhupathi and his Bahamian partner Mark Knowles [Images] are seeded third and find themselves with the top seeded pair of Mike and Bob Bryan.
The top two teams from each group will make the semi-finals.
Both Paes and Bhupathi are yet to add the Masters Cup to the many titles they picked in their respective careers.
